We create our wallpapers with love and attention to every detail, so it is important that the ordering and delivery process is convenient and clear for you.
Payment
- Samples, palettes and decor can be paid for directly on the website by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or by bank transfer.
- Wallpapers and other custom-made products are made through a personal request. Our manager will agree with you on the details, terms and amount of payment.
- Payment is made to the details of DECOR SOLUTIONS LLC.
Delivery across Ukraine
- Delivery is carried out by Ukrposhta.
- Pick-up from our workshop in Kyiv is possible by prior arrangement.
International delivery
- For orders abroad, delivery is carried out by Ukrposhta.
- The term and cost depend on the country and the conditions of the carrier.
All wallpapers are made to order
The production time is from 2 to 12 (sometimes up to 15) weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the volume of the order.
We take care of the safety of your order. Each panel and sample is carefully packaged to maintain its perfect appearance during transportation.
